River Rail is a local model railroad group that was looking for a way to share information about the model railroads in the La Crosse, WI area. Additionally, the group wanted to allow layout owners the ability to update their own web page as well as list operating sessions and meets so that members could mark up to attend.

This web site uses a custom theme and three custom plugins to handle information about each layout, provide session handling (example calendar image to the right), and offer a place to share photos. The team at Coulee Web also provides support to the owners as needed.

Coulee Web has provided full time maintenance of the web site since it was launched in 1999 and has continued to update the theme and plugins to meet the needs of the group. Coulee Web also provides high availability web hosting so the site is always available to the members of River Rail, 24/7 hours per day, 365 day per year.
